Common Questions

How do I connect my bank account?

Go to your Dashboard, click "Add Account" and select "Link Bank Account." You'll be guided through Plaid's secure connection flow to link your bank. Your login credentials are never shared with us.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can manage or cancel your subscription from Settings > Billing. If you cancel, you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.

How do I export my data?

Go to Settings > Data & Privacy to export your transactions, accounts, and budgets in JSON, CSV, or QIF format.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account from your Data & Privacy settings or by emailing us. All your data is permanently removed from our active database (certain records may be retained by third-party providers or as required by law). See our Account Deletion page for full details.
